NaNoWriMo Best of the Daily (4)

     Participant-2014-Square-ButtonFrom Shackleton, looking north, the lights of the various huts, houses, and buildings shone like a star map she’d made for a Maiden assignment once.  Uneven increments of various lumens spread out over the rocky pink landscape.  There were outcroppings of the metallic rock scattered here and there, most of them bulbous as if they had bubbled up from some long ago molten metallurgy of the gods.
